The Village is a monthly circle for women to gather, breathe, and reflect โ€” a space to:

  • Talk honestly about whatโ€™s really going on

  • Learn & integrate tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and stay grounded

  • Connect with like-minded women who get it

  • Be reminded that youโ€™re doing better than you think

Each month, weโ€™ll explore a theme โ€” from calm and connection to boundaries, self-worth, and play.

Who is the Village for?

๐ŸŒˆ The Village is a space centered around women and those who identify as female. We welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community and honor the diverse identities, family structures, and lived experiences that shape how we move through the world.

This is a space rooted in compassion, respect, and nervous system safety โ€” where every participant is invited to show up fully as they are.

  • Yes, but only the teaching portion (where the tool is introduced) will be recorded. The live discussion and sharing will not be recorded to maintain a safe, private space for everyone who joins.


    If you register, youโ€™ll receive access to the replay of the tool afterward.

  • No โ€” this is a coaching-style, educational gathering designed to share practical tools, insights, and community support. Itโ€™s a space for growth and connection, not clinical therapy.
