Between world news, work, and family, our nervous systems rarely get a break.
PAUSE is a free workshop and community conversation about stress, triggers, and simple tools to reset your body and mind in the midst of it all. We talked about P last time and will be jumping into A for the next workshop in November.

You’ll walk away with:

What is “The Village”?

Because we were never meant to do this alone.

The Village is a monthly circle for professional moms and women to gather, breathe, and reflect — a space to:

  • Talk honestly about what’s really going on

  • Learn tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and stay grounded

  • Connect with like-minded women who get it

  • Be reminded that you’re doing better than you think 💛

  • Yes, but only the teaching portion (where the tool is introduced) will be recorded. The live discussion and sharing will not be recorded to maintain a safe, private space for everyone who joins.


    If you register, you’ll receive access to the replay of the tool afterward.

  • No — this is a coaching-style, educational gathering designed to share practical tools, insights, and community support. It’s a space for growth and connection, not clinical therapy.

  • The Village is created with mothers in mind, but all women who are seeking calm, connection, and meaningful conversation are welcome.

  • We deeply value privacy. What’s shared in the space stays in the space. This is a judgment-free community built on trust, respect, and care.
